  15.           The _c_s_h(1) script _d_a_l_w runs _p_s_f(1m), _p_s_r_e_v_e_r_s_e(1m), and
  16.           _t_p_s_c_r_i_p_t(1).  This script is created by the _c_o_n_f_i_g_k_s(1m)
  17.           program for UNIX printers and is usually specified in
  18.           /etc/printcap ( _p_r_i_n_t_c_a_p(5)) by the nf= field.  The script
  19.           is used to print _d_i_t_r_o_f_f files on the LaserWriter.  It is
  20.           only useful on systems with some sort of _d_i_t_r_o_f_f support.
